MEE blog post about our recent paper

Just published this blog post in Methods in Ecology and Evolution, motivated by our recent paper in the same journal. The work we present deals with the modelling of occupancy data accounting for false positive and false negative errors at multiple levels. We analyse eDNA survey data from four frog species in Melbourne. Our work also provides an illustration of the value of profile likelihoods as a tool for estimation. Enjoy!
